The expectation that PheWomena™ will be a life-long priority in a member's life. Expectations include participating in activities that further the PheWomena's™ purpose as well as those that strengthen the bonds of sisterhood, contributing financially, and setting a good example so that women in future generations will want to seek membership (and thus, keep the organization going for years to come) the bond between the sisters
