We are so excited to be able to get together once again, to see everyone, to see how they are doing,
what they are doing, who they're doing, catching up on old time and now what you're up to.
Although we have made some progress, there is still much to do. This form will be used to get the necessary information for class reunion purposes. To get the right size venue, create a menu, and set a budget, we will need to have a head count of possible reunion attendees and their guest and for selection of awards and other related reunion activities.

It is Very Essential that all class reunion funds are in as soon as possible to pay for all requirements of making this reunion happen. Everything must be paid for in advance. The longer we take, the higher the cost associated with making this happen with "Class & Style!
We must get funds coming in to pay for the related expenses, deposits for venues, caters/decorations, band or deejay, awards, memorabilia (tee-shirts), a group photo for each alumni, and other miscellaneous items. Again, we are asking that you please pay as soon as possible so we can get this reunion underway without missing a beat
and not rushing to do things half baked.

Columbus High School Memorabilia
Everyone Will Recieve a Memorabilia Columbus High School 40th Year Alumni Tee-Shirt. It may be a good idea to go up one size when filling out the registration form.
There will be an photographer in the house. Everyone will get one group photo! However, you can purchase a Memorabilia Book if you choose. There will also be a secret surprise for all in attendance.
The Memorabilia Book (Only $20) optional
If you choose to purchase a Memorabilia book, some of the information from your registration form will be included in the book as well. It will have a list and pictures of all the award winners. Your then and now photos. Classmates, Gone but not forgotten. Pages where you can put pictures that you take during the reunion.
There will be a photographer on hand where you can purchase additional photos if you choose. Everyone will get one group photo!If you want one, you must purchase the book in advance! How wonderful this will be to have your fellow classmates autograph. This book will be an excellent keepsake for generations to come.
You may upload up to five pictures of your choice for insertions in the reunion book. If you'd like your business featured, please add your website address and/or facebook page.
For you and your information to be included in the memorabilia book, your data must be received no later than. (August 9, 2019) And to receive a book your payment must be posted by August 23, 2019. All materials must be with Printer no later than August 26, 2019, to get the books back by September 13, 2019, to ensure there are no errors.
