Already having a CEO in charge, the president or Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the second in command and more will be needed in the new district locations and branches to come.

 

The COO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the CEO, Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance

 

The Coalition aim is to support the PheWomena™ initiatives as it relates to Leadership Training & Development: What we need to Know to be a leader, What we need to be able to do and What we need to Be for effective long-term movement.
